"Highly recommend"

Talk about a difference. I started with Maita Subaru in Sacramento for the worst dealership experience in my life (see my review). This could not have gone better. I dealt with Darren Macias, the Internet Sales Manager who gave me a fixed quote on a 2016 Subaru Forester and actually HONORED it...... Talk about a big difference. Maita Subaru is all about bait and switch. This place was phenomenal. Darren made it painless and even got me some extras during the deal. The finance was through them at 1.49%. Could not have gone better. Highly recommend Autonation Subaru in Roseville and specifically Darren Macias, who knows his cars quite well.  I'll be going back there over and over.

I went here to check out a used vehicle I saw online. Everything about the salesman Rod was pleasant. He took me for a test drive and answered my questions. Unfortunately, I decided not to purchase the vehicle because it wasn't what I expected, but everything about the interaction was upfront and honest. If I feel I am being sold on anything I'm gone in a flash but his approach and demeanor was perfect. It's how all sales men/women should be. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

My experience at Roseville Subaru was surprisingly positive.  I had my Subaru Forester for 11 years & was dreading shopping for a new car.  However, I researched makes, models & prices online & ended up buying another Forester from this dealership.  Nathan Scott was my salesman, and he was great-- less like a car salesman than anyone I've ever met.  He was honest, knowledgeable, not pushy, & very patient in answering all my questions.  I reserved a car online so the model I thought I wanted would be there for a test drive.  I had not decided to buy the car when I reserved it, & the reservation deposit is refundable.  I knew the full price, including tax & registration before I came in for the test drive.  The price was better than offered by other Sacramento area Subaru dealers.  I did buy the car because it was exactly what I wanted.

We bought a new 2016 Subaru STI Hyper Blue from this dealership. The sales team we worked with were awesome. Anthony was the first person I spoke to when I called in. He answered all the questions that I had on the phone and followed up with text messages. I set up an appointment to come in at 11:30 the next day. Met Anthony he was busy with another customer he introduced me to Carson. Carson is a gear head like me so he was easy to work with. He showed me the car I was looking at and we started to run the numbers. They gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I will be a returning customer if I feel the need to buy another Subaru.

Got a great deal from an awesome dealership.  My sales rep, Brandon Walsh, exceeded all expectations.  He was very patient and knowledgeable.  Not pushy at all.  We originally went to Roseville AutoNation Subaru just to test drive the Outback.  And even though we told Brandon that we weren't ready to buy immediately, he still took several hours letting us test drive a number Subarus, explaining the features of each.  Two weeks later we bought a new Outback from AutoNation, and couldn't be happier.

Awesome dealership.  No pushy salespeople.  The culture there is very relaxed. I never felt pressured to buy anything as I initially just came in for a test drive.  My sales rep Lynn G. was very helpful and answered every question I had about the pricing from start to finish. No smoke and mirrors.  No hidden numbers.  They line item everything so don't be afraid to ask if something doesn't make sense.  I enjoyed the level of transparency they provided.

They also have a play room for toddlers if you have little ones.  One less thing I had to worry about while shopping around for a car.  Thanks again, Lynn!
